I have purchased many gowns from Martino's, including my wedding gown. The experience was a pleasure. Alterations were impecable and even in a panic situation I was simply told not to worry and to bring the gown in, they would take care of everything - and they did! Selection is awesome, prices are competitive and the way I was greeted and helped eased a lot of stress. Thank you Martino's!

Martino's is an exceptional shopping experience. The selection is extensive and varied and the staff very helpful.Saturday afternoons are busy in bridal shops but the attention I got was better than I could have hoped for. All the ladies offered their opinions as well as suggestions on how to tweek particular styles to suit me better.
The location is not typical of most bridal shops (in a small store front in a mini-mall in suburban Ottawa) but I cannot imagine being treated better anywhere. The other shoppers there were also afforded the same attention.
I would recommend this shop for any kind of formal attire in addition to their bridal selection.
