This is absolutely the worst place to have your drycleaning done . They shrunk an expensive pure wool Irish knit sweater by at least 6 inches and the wool just looked matted and awful . They then repeatedly lied to me about fixing the situation . I purchased a replacement sweater from niagara on the lake and showed them the bill . I was promised reimbursement . After multiple trips the woman refused payment and accused me of bringing the sweater in already bring ruined !! Realy!! I had pictures to prove otherwise !!! Do not use them !!! The previous owners were awesome but these new people clearly do not know their business !!
