In an "emergency" (needed a suit fixed for an interview 2 hours later) the friendly lady fixed my jacket in under one hour (2 buttons and a small tear).

I brought a pair of pants to be hemmed here and the hem fell out within one week of picking them up. I only wore them twice and washed then once, totally unacceptable!
