My husband and I went to file our tax, front desk wasn't even friendly when she approached us, we waited for an hour to be called, when the tax agent named Janet called us we only carried 1 T4 and that's my husband's t4. Knowing that I can get a copy of my t4 online. However when Janet check it in CRA it wasn't there yet. So she started my husband's t4 And decided to come back, Janet assured to us that as soon as we get it, and she's done with her present client she can get us through.
Few minutes after we came back, we went straight to front desk telling about our missing T4, and Janet started already the other t4. This bitch front desk wanted us to wait back at the bottom of the line. Because of Jacklin's behaviour of this front desk we will never get our tax done in Liberty tax again. We've been doing our tax here for two consecutive years and we never get a problem like this.
