Terrible customer service at the front desk. Terrible customer service with the manchild that did my taxes. He had to repeatedly ask the senior tax professional for help, and he was even rude to the senior as he helped him! He took 4 personal calls during his time with me. Yes, I do speak your language (surprise!) so I know they were personal calls. He was also texting the whole time I was in there with him. He was rude, and clueless. And treated me like crap the whole time too.
I was charged $275 for doing my taxes with them. My mother goes to a personal accountant and only is charged $150. What a waste of money and time.
To top it all off, he said that I would receive $1300 back. The CRA reevaluated my return, and I RECEIVED ALMOST $4000. He could not have been more wrong. If I would have taken the immediate cash back option I cant even imagine the nightmare it would have been to get what I truly deserved.
DO NOT GO HERE. I was over charged for terrible service. Go to a professional. Not these clowns
