Don't count on them if you need to be somewhere important at a certain time...
Dispatch staff not very competent
Called today for a ride to the airport... 35 minutes later nobody showed and when I called back no taxi had been scheduled... Almost missed my flight... then I obviously cancelled and they couldn't do that either... so they sent a cab like 25 minutes late... I was already on my way to the airport...
