I made the mistake of giving a cab driver my number. Later I told him I didn't want to see him again and he started crank calling me constantly. I contacted administration several times over this and they did nothing. Do not use this taxi company if you're female and traveling alone.

i was treated like crap after waiting for 30 minutes for a cab that was supposed 2 arrive in 15 .
The cab driver was unempathetic , rude & even challenging. As he sped off he uttered a racial remark to me . Something about my mother & Africa ???

I say riders beware of Crown Taxi , their customer service is very poor. On the dispatching end & with the driver's aswell...
