I called a cab at 9:00 on Saturday night. The cab showed up at 10:00.. already not impressed. I packed 6 bags into the trunk of the cab, that had no light in the trunk so I couldn't see anything.. unassisted..i might add. We get to our destination and I gave the driver his payment plus $5.00 tip. I asked him to stay while I take my 6 bags into the house as my friend is going back home. Struggled getting my stuff out of the car as it was completely dark with no light in the trunk.. driveway was super icy as it rained that day.. We got all 6 bags into the house in one trip, when we came back outside so my friend could go home, the cab had left!!
We may have taken 2 min to slowly get up the icy driveway and dump my bags into the living room.. We were not gone a long time.. I was so upset.
Then, later as I was going through my bags, I realized that one of my small bags were missing. Called Blue Bird that night to let them know about my missing bag.. then called in the morning to check to see if they found my bag.. the lady said that nothing has been turned in and to call back a couple of hours later. I ended up going to their office and was super happy the lady at the office had found my bag!! Super great office lady.. not impressed with the driver who left me..
