Firstly, rated half a star because it couldn't be ZERO. I have never written a review before because I never felt compelled to but after my experience with this company, I had to. I was picked up to be taken back to my residence with a small group of my friends by Driver 102. Immediately after entering we were told to "Shut the *** up" even though we were only making small talk amongst ourselves. On the ride back, he pulled over twice (at improper locations) due to us talking. His driving make me feel extremely uncomfortable, as did his remarks towards us. While leaving the car, my friend asked me something which he replied, "What did you say, bitch?". His behaviour was completely offensive and unprofessional, I did not feel safe in his presence, and it made for an extremely uncomfortable ride. Needless to say, because of his demeanour I will NOT be using this company's service again!
