I have always used this company most of the drivers are very friendly and they make your time in there cab a nice drive, they have conversations with you ect. Love this company..

Came in to Oshawa a few years ago, and went right to No. 1....but, over the past year, has dropped to last position in my books! I spend over $100 weekly on cabs, and as of today, my business will be handed over to TaxiTaxi. My groceries will not be "tossed" into the trunk,there will be no more "dirty looks" upon seeing a shopping cart with groceries, and cabbies who "pop" the trunk and wait for me to open/unload the cart myself (In spite of being elderly and hooked up to oxygen)
Also, living in a seniors residence, just the mention of "BlueLine" starts the horror stories, and why they are switching....

I have always found Taxi-Taxi drivers to be of the highest quality, and until this last weekend, have had no problems with their phone service either.
This weekend after a party, 6 of us were trying to get home and since they don't have vans as we were told, I made a second call asking for a cab to the same location.
I was told incredibly rudely by the woman on the phone that we'd already ordered a taxi to that address, even after telling here there were 6 of us trying to get home, and then hung up on.
When I called back, I got another rather rude comment and was hung up on.
I wasn't drunk and am always incredibly friendly on the phone. There was absolutely no reason for this treatment.
I will never be using Taxi-taxi again

what a great experiennce. They were prompt the car was clean and driver knew where he was going. They also now have wheelchair accessible vehicles. Thank god I don't have wait for the other company any more.
