Terrible! Mislead as to availability of vars ended up an hour late for a two hour event and ended up having to take my car as they never showed up! Called 3 times and was told the car was on it's way promised! No show! Shame on you! Would give no stars if possible!

This is potentially the worst cab/business that I have ever encountered. Two days ago we spoke with customer services representatives "Kathy" and "Ashely" informed us that the cab was on it's way to our home, while we waited 2 hours. We called back twice and encountered the two most extremely rude people we have ever had to deal with. We were disgusted by the service provided - do NOT give them your business. Should we drink and drive tonight - or are you "on your way"? - still waiting...

TERRIBLE SERVICE: called and requested a cab at 4:05pm for an important meeting I had to make, was told one was on the way. At 4:35 called back to check status of cab, was told it would just be another minute or two. Called back at 4:50 to check status again, was told cab was cancelled for "no show" when I had not moved from the front door the entire time and they already had my ring# regardless (never rang). There's no way the cab could have been at my address. Transferred to dispatch who accuses me of not being there even though I insisted I was at the front door the entire time. They finally send another cab after much argument, that one takes a half hour to arrive, so missed my appointment by 20 minutes. AVOID WEST-WAY TAXI! Use Dj's TAXI : (613) 829-9900
