DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
When I made the order I requested installation of 2 receivers for 2 TVs. Gold Leaf Telecom installed 1 receiver only.
An extender was needed for the second receiver unit but I was told that the extender wouldn’t work in my case. (I later purchased an extender for $59.95 at Best Buy, installed it myself and had no issues at all)
Since I was promised installation and service for 2 TV units and they were not able to hold their end of the deal, I decided to cancel the service.
I was told that if I was not satisfied for any reason whatsoever, I would get all my money back within 30 days.
When I tried to get the money back, it was like pulling teeth.
I received a partial refund, but they withheld one month’s service cost ($30+tx) for service that I did not receive.
The 2 receivers they were selling for $310 I found for $49.95 each on roku.com
Service that they were offering me for $30/month I found for $20/month on tvteka.com.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They wasted a lot of my time.
It took me about a month of negotiations to get part of my money back.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SELLING SERVICE THAT THEY CANNOT PROVIDE.
SAVE YOUR MONEY, SAVE YOUR TIME, SAVE YOUR NERVES.
WALK, RUN AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.
