I called the store at 9:15am (15 mins. prior to opening) and the sales associate, Rob, answered. I asked for their hours of operation and became aware that they weren't to open for another 15 mins. so asked if he would like me to call back during regular business hours, he replies "no, that's fine, what can I help you with". I explained my dilemma with not being able to find my cords for my camcorder and he was able to assist me and direct me to various location where I may be able to obtain them. He went above and beyond in my opinion and I will gladly remain a Sony customer for life!
