My wife and I had been spinning our wheels for weeks visiting the big box stores and various tile shops struggling to figure out suitable tile options for a major bathroom reno. About 20 minutes of help/ideals and inspiration from Dionne and using their wide selection of great products, we now have a coherent way forward. The reno starts in July. We recently renovated all three bathrooms in our home, with floor, shower pan, and wall tile supplied by Tile Town in Richmond.
The staff were excellent to work with, from the tile selection, to the organizing of the various quantities required to do the job.
We are 100% satisfied and would not go anywhere else for our next project.
A great, warm, family feel to the business!
