Found the staff extremely knowledgable. Carries the largest selection of tile in all of the GTA. They let you take samples out and the estimates are free....had a great expreience shopping here

Had large foyer, kitchen, powder-room, large foyer closet and laundry area tiled by Eden. Syd was extremely helpfull by recommending the pinwheel pattern. We're glad we listened. Our floor looks fabulous and everyone who has seen it make huge compliments. The installation was timely and professional. We originally ordered a certain hardwood floor for the tiny family room but when it was delivered, we noted the colour was completely off (apparently a characteristic of exotic wood which we didn't know). We called off installation which was to occur the next day. Had no trouble returning the unwanted hardwood and selecting another type.

We travelled from Niagara Region to shop here. Had no difficulties getting salesman to come and do a quote, which he did in wintertime. Had two other quotes. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive. Had large entrance/foyer/powder room done. Difficult job as our floor was a mess. Not level, holes, etc. The installers were fabulous. On floor prep day they Immediately saw that our extra large tiles would cause a problem spanning a hump in the floor. Were quick to offer solutions. Suggested a mosaic border tile. I was able to pick up that tile locally so that they could install it the next day. With my leftover extra large tile, they did my smaller side entry. The workers were mature gentlemen. Polite, tidy, professional and talented. I would definitely call them again. The job looks great.

would not allow return of a small order when the tiles were 1/4" smaller than labelled, owner was very rude and didn't want my business because he thought I was "just a homeowner"
