And now a terrible place to shop, too. Had a kitchen backsplash installation done by them that the installer totally botched. I asked that it be redone, and the owner fought me on it, claiming i hadn't give the installer sufficient direction (in fact, I had given him explicit verbal and written instructions as well as my cell phone number).

Ultimately, the owner gave me HALF off the installation cost. Brutal.

Give your business to someone who stands behind their product. These guys suck.
