I had a problem a few years ago with my pontiac grand am the window fell inside the door panel and wouldnt go back up. The motor had died on it but it was winter time so i took my car to active green and ross the one close to canadian tire in the burlington mall plaza. I received a phone call saying they would need to rewire everything inside my door and dont make the motors anymore and it would cost me 800 dollars. I said NO (what a joke) first off the motors are a dime a dozen for 99 pontiac grand am at the wreckers and no you dont need the whole inside of your door rewired i was lied to but needless to say they tried to rip me off. After that i came to the shop to pickup my car saying just get the window back up. When i arrived my car was parked in a handicap spot and the winoow was still rolled down so they didnt have the decency to get it back up and i was charged 80 dollars for the nothing they did and they tried to rip me off on top of it. I took it to a buddies uncle of mine who works on cars he helped me take the door panel off and get the window back up but like i said NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO ACTIVE GREEN AND ROSS they tried to scam me and did nothing and basically took money from me for incompetent unproffesional service!!
