This is not the first issue I’ve had with this location. Unfortunately, every time I take my vehicle(s) in, there’s always an issue. I brought my vehicle in to have the winter tires swapped for my all season tires. After the job was complete, I surveyed my vehicle as I ALWAYS do at this location to find several scratches on my bumper. I brought this to the attention of the store manager, and all he could say was “I’m sorry”. I asked him what he was going to do, and his answer was to confirm whether indeed one of his guys did this by checking his surveillance. Stay away from this place, mechanics are incompetent and don't give a shit about your vehicle. I for one will find another place to deal with.

This lady was a most welcoming and cheerful receptionist She was helpfull and knowledgable.
