Duff's Tire on Leslie St. Absolute bullshit customer service.
I have a F-150 that had a left rear tire that was very low on air pressure. A quick visual inspection showed a nail head. My 20 year old daughter took the truck to Duffs Tire and explained the tire was very low and it may be a nail. Well! They took the truck around back and within 10 minutes returned to say the nail was only a head and was not leaking. They filled the tire with air and told my daughter all was ok. Bullshit!! By the time she got home, within 15 minutes the tire was flat.
Duff's Tire's answer 'oh well guess there might be another nail or something in the tire.' Well no kidding! They are a tire store and you'd think if the first nail head was not leaking , they would continue to look for the cause of the leak. Not this place even though they knew the tire was leaking air, they sent my daughter on her way.
NEVER EVER again. I'll shout it from the roof tops if I have to and post this awful experience every where possible.
Even when I called to ask why they would not look for the leak, no response other than to say we took the nail head out the tire was not leaking from that spot. Really you fucking dumb ass. That's how you run a business. Bullshit!! Never again!
