Went in to the store to purchase a bed and my husband paid for it and waited for them to bring it out and then they suddenly didn't have one, even though someone went in to the back to check prior to him paying. Then I ordered it online...waited three weeks to just get an email that the order is cancelled. Called customer service to just be told nothing can be done about it.
Terrible service.
