A brain dead staff combined with no inventory of the hottest products make this store one of the worst shopping experiences one could have. Unfortunately for Hamilton, it's pretty much your only option. Save yourself the time and just order off of the internet or make the drive to the Burlington location. 0 ★'s!

I had a rain check for a scooter that I got early in August. It's now September, and the scooter still has not come in, nor can anyone tell me when it will come in. My son's birthday is this week and this was the only thing he asked for. When I called the store, a manager left me on hold for 20 mins, never came back. I called again, asked for the manager, and they put me on hold again. After another 10 mins I gave up. Terrible customer service if you ask me.
