Terrible service. Long line ups. Can't find staff to help with locating products. As well as phone calls people just don't answer the phone.

Terrible service, at Kitchen store - long lines for the till with only one or two open out of 10 on a busy Friday evening, and only one till out of 4 open in babies r us, again with long lineups of people waiting to pay. Gift Registry machine was down and I had to search for someone to help print off a gift registry. Severely understaffed. Sale item was rung in at full price, which I didn't notice until I had left the store. Staff admitted that long lines and service problems were due to lack of staffing. Overpriced goods. Staff were nice but overwhelmed. Poorly managed store.
