When I asked to speak to a manager over a sale concern, the employee went to her manager who was at the other end of the desk and stated my concerns, the manager did not even look at me and just replied no. Did not even have the courtesy to come and address my concern to my face.

They just do not have very good customer service. They should take a lesson from Harvey's or Home Depot! They don't know how to assist customers and don't know much about the products or services.

I called and finally got someone on the phone and he said we do not have any and told me they may come in a couple of weeks, would not take my name down and said he (works at the store) was also waiting for them and hung up!!

Everytime I visit this store I vow never to return. Line ups are long, and staff unknowledgable. I'm sure if the owner knew just how nonchalant & rude the staff was he/she would be shocked.
Rainchecks are not followed through on [e.g. phone call not made when product has arrived - it happened several times].
I try and purchase toys for my grandchildren at ANY OTHER store rather than experience this stores treatment.
