woke up to a scarey noise in my front end yesterday,sounded really bad....took my car to Cottman, which I have several times in the last year and a half; as always they found the problem and fixed it quick without costing me an arm and a leg! That's what I like ...it was a small issue, they don't try to make it something it isn't...was in and out in less than hour..perfect...

I have taken my vehicle to Cottman on 2 occasions. Both occasions they went out of their way to give me great service, they took my vehicle right away, did a great job, were respectful, and even offered to work on my vehicle during off hours just to accommodate me. I like the fact that this is a small, privately owned business, and I love the fact that they go above and beyond.
