I just had my transmission fixed at mr transmission on kennedy rd in brampton . They were very professional and service was great . Paul who i delt with was great at helping me with my car and made sure my car was properly fixed and helped me with a vechile to use in meantime . They give a good warranty also with their work . hi. I had a transmission problem last 2 weeks ago with my maxima. i felt i needed to have it fix since it was just given to me as a gift. the best place to go is MISTER TRANSMISSION. Stafford and Al were very professional. they knew right away what the problem was. my maxima had unexpected jerking. they said the tranni is worn out and it needs to be rebuilt. they gave me a reasonable price. plus since this is a legit company you have a year warranty if anything goes wrong with the tranni. and they also rented me a car for the days they were fixing my car. my car is running better now. thanks to the people at brampton's mister transmission.

I was very satisfied with Mister Transmission's Stafford Wong's professionalism and overall his honesty and service to back it up is the reason i choose his shop to deal with this transmission issue... I had 2 appointments with shops that day to get a diagnosis and a price to fix my transmission, the first i walked out without a quote the managers a hour late (still not there) and customers were lined up with no one to help us and this is not the kind of service I want, sure it was a little cheaper but it wasn't organized, very dirty and their lot scattered with cars everywhere you get what you pay for and spending 1500 for a rebuild, you want it rebuilt right and that's where Stafford's service skill kicked in and sold me with honesty alone was the bottom line...I went to Stafford's shop where i got immediate service the diagnosis was started quickly the road test, the problem and the repair quote in 1 hour this is my kind of service that we deserve to get... I felt very comfortable leaving my van here for repair was assured it would be done and on the time frame he said it would be done at with no hidden surprises unlike the dealer i seen the day before with another issue who prided himself in discovering a surprise from every angle he could to dig into my wallet and that did NOT Happen here... I recommend this shop to others and I have nothing negative to say about this shop what else could you ask for, in /out/ fixed and back in the seat 2 days so make the right decision and talk to him first because you wont need a second, their service, hard work and honesty sold me and that's what business is all about isn't it??? I can't say anything about how my new rebuild is yet being first day back but the slipping and clunking has been taken care of but i am sure he did exactly what he said he was going to do for me it's just a vibe you get when you deal with him and i feel confident it was done right because it run's very smoothly now...

Stafford Wong, provided expert service at his Mister Transmission shop at 28 Kennedy Rd S. in Brampton Ont.
His expert tech's did great work for me. My older Van was not able to even Limp into his shop. "I felt my tranny was wrecked"
The experts working for Stafford even had my van ready EARLY, before the ETA I had been given for the rebuild of the my Van's transmission. Great Work from trustworthy guys combine with long service hours at your convenient location to keep me a happy customer. I'll be back for my "Free 10-day ReCheck" to see Stafford in Feb 2016.

Customer service was very good, I went to another transmission place but my husband and i chose them based on their business ethic, cleanliness, and the owners personality. I will recommend the Kennedy and queen location to anyone. I do not have anything negative to say based on my experience I felt like they were very thorough. Being that i havr no background/experience with transmission services i felt the price based on what we had done and what i have been quoted were reasonable along with the warranty I was given. Spent $2900.00 to have transmission fixed lasted 7 months. Went back to Mr.Wong they tried again lasted 5 weeks.Back again lasted 2 weeks this time went 4 months now they say my warranty is up. Mr. Wong wants more money to look at the vehicle. All they do is transmission repair and in my case they cannot even do that. Take your vehicles else where

Not at all a place to go. Total disappointment. Spent over 3000$ for A transmission job but still the same. Just wait for their appointment to take the truck back to their shop. Fill it up and leave the truck for 10-15 days.

On September I had an excellent experience at Mr. Transmission Kennedy Rd. Location
What my mechanic could not find or tell me, they found out right away what the problem was.
They tested my van, took it into the shop, did the diagnostic and advised me about what has to be done to fix my problem. My van runs like new now, no more problems with my van transmission.
They are very customer oriented, reasonable price and with a lot of knowledge & experience
In transmissions. I strongly recomend, if you have a transmission problem, go with the "Masters"

I am writing this review simply to give my two cents on my recent experience with the Mister Transmission that is on Kennedy Road in Brampton.
I personally wasn't impressed with the customer service or with the level of communication of the guys that work there.
During my interaction with them, they dropped the ball a few times in my opinion. the first thing was the mis-quote that they gave me. Al told me that it was going to be between 1500-2000 dollars to fix my transmission. I was not happy that I would have to pay this money to fix my car but knowing that that sounds about right in terms of what it should be to fix a transmission based on quotes from other places, i agreed to go ahead. Not until after they actually pulled it down and that i was stuck with them did Al reveal that that price did not include tax. All in all after tax, my bill with a few other add ins was close to 500 dollars over the original price that he gave me. 2500 dollars.
I think they were dishonest in their quote because if i knew that that price wasn't accurate or even remotely close to it, I would definitely have checked with AAMCO down the street as well, or even taken it to them.
The second thing is their communication. My car took two weeks to get fixed and if i didn't physically call them on more than one occasion, I think that my car would still be there. they do not give the customer a call to discuss the situation or what may be potentially holding up the process. I think they can do a better job to communicate with the customer so that issues, such as missing parts or anything at all, can be figured out in a timely manner.
I have my car back now and it runs well, although several warning lights that were not on when i gave them the car, are now on.They also failed to tell me about these lights until I noticed them for myself.
Lastly, Im not sure how trustworthy these guys are. The entire time, I largely felt that i was being jerked around and pretty much at their mercy because they had my car. Not a very good feeling
All in all, although my car runs smoother now, I think these guys are way overpriced, have horrible customer service and i think that they are questionable in terms of their trustworthiness.
I would not recommend this place, even to my worst enemy. I think your money can be better spent elsewhere.

I visited mister transmission at 28 Kennedy Rd. Brampton Ont. L6W 3E2. Myself and my Wife meet with Mr. Stafford Wong, we spoke to him about our transmission probles. Mr Wong were very professional in exlaining to us the problem and the process needed to be taken. I wanted to put in a used trani. which was my choice, but Mr. Wong explain the advantage and the disadvantage between the rebuilt and the used trani. name is Ivan ,within a week of buying my 04 mdx, i had transmission problem,, skiping hard to change out of low speed. word of mouth and a visit to mr transmission 28 kennedy rd Brampton i met Stafford Wong owner, explain my transmission problem. he took it for a road test.recomend the repairs to be done. the price sounds reasonable to me. igot a loan car from him .he call me after a day told me what was wrong. had it fix. today i pick it up drove it was pleased, Srafford was right on thanks

This shops service is excellent. My car was with dealer and the price they quoted me was way too high. Si called Mr. Transmission Brampton. They towed my car brought to their shop and fixed with reasonable price. They even gave me double the warranty for the same price. I recommend this place if you need transmission job.

Trust . Please Trust. Mr Transmission Brampton is a Big time Rip off. I went there and and I end up in paying over $2500 .
Initial estimate was given 1600 and then make up bill and add fake parts needed. They will show you damaged parts from your transmission which actually do not belong in from your car. No wonder, I would have paid over $3000 if I had not gave them a shit.
Please do not go to Mr Transmission . Simply DO NOT TRUST them. They do sneaky business.

Owner is a great guy, not sure about employees. Spoke to steve who asked me to come over. When I got there he was out so some older guy Al or something come out, I told him what was wrong with my vehicle. He went on to count a whole bunch of charges to read the code on the vehicle. (He didn't bother to ask Make & Model of vehicle) Then I told him I had mt previous car checked before I fixed it at Milton's Mr Transmission. The guy said i should go to Milton to have my transmission checked.
Please note my car doesn't have ports / plug in for codes to be read from.
