They have terrible customer service and when they speak to you over the phone they try to finish the conversation as quick as possible without allowing you to say so much; other then your financial info and name. When I called and hassled them about they're lack of informing me about my plans and detailed info, and lack of trust i had in them, they had to say this and I quote: "it's only a few hundred dollars, it's not like your spending thousands..we are a legit company and we have been in business for over 20yrs"... Definitely terrible service if they are In fact legit. And it's not how much I spend or how much they make off me, but I am still at customer! Not only was I not able to attend the trip planned because of age requirements, I was told I would be reimbursed. It's been now over a month and still nothing..They won't even respond back to me like they say would. Anyways, don't take my word for it, but plan a trip with someone else reliable.
