What a privilege to be the first to independently review this excellent travel company here. Fresh Tracks Canada have been providing us with a refreshingly personalised approach to vacation planning. We have been using Fresh Tracks to customise a 10 day pre-cruise train vacation through the Canadian Rockies. Fresh Tracks is clearly able to customise vacations according to individual preferences and dreams, as well as catering for both high end or budget travellers and everyone in-between. I will update this review after our vacation in May 2011, but so far we have been very appreciative of Fresh Tracks approach, philosophy and responsiveness to our own ideas. We would strongly advise against using a completely pre-packaged Australian product that does not adequately reflect our strengthening A$ buying power. Fresh Tracks Canada is highly recommended to all other Aussie travellers.

We are so glad that we were able to experience so many Canadian highlights in just the two weeks we had available, including Butchart gardens, VIA rail and Emerald Lake, Bannf gondola, the icefields parkway etc in the Canadian Rockies. Pre-paid Fresh Tracks touring vouchers all ready in good time and consistently honoured for accommodation, transport etc. Special requests mostly uncomplicated. We had an awe-inspiring time absorbing the sheer beauty of the Canadian landscape and will definitely return using the same company for planning. We loved the sensory overload of your Canadian springtime; - majestic mountains still dripping with their snow cover, the scent of dark conifer forests with lime-green birch trees leafing out in patchwork patterns surrounding half-frozen lakes, thundering waterfalls, and the most uniquely amazing wildlife imaginable (we saw 22 different species - not including all the different birds). yeah, sure we have kangaroos - and great beaches with aquamarine water, but nothing can match the scope and magnitude of Canada in Springtime.
