I've gone into this location for some inquiries, but each time, I've received horrible service! So, I decided to deal with the Coquitlam branch and they were great. I bought a tour package and airlines tickets from the Coquitlam branch, but the Metrotown branck was much closer to my house and so I went to pay for it at Metrotown and again received horrible service. The person was very abrupt and rude. Not professional at all. I will never go back there again!
