When our trip via Istanbul Turkey to Thailand was cancelled due to an attack on the Ataturk airport less than 24 hours before our scheduled flight, Mimi worked overtime to help re-route us through Japan, thus keeping our bookings in place and getting us there in perfect time. Their planning of a Mexico vacation a few years ago was also smooth, efficient, pleasant and rewarding. We have been 100% satisfied and currently are working on a new booking. Janey and her staff are very efficient, they where able to get a very competitive rate better than any online carrier that i had priced and where very helpful in arranging reservations and transfers for the entirety of of European vacation. I highly recommend Janey and her staff.
