This is possibly the worst company you could ever rent a truck from. Not only are their trucks old and poorly maintained, their service is absolutely terrible!

We rented from this company on 26 July 11. After taking vehicle to begin our move, it broke down after 11 km. When we called to let them know, they picked up the truck and refused to bring a replacement, stating that "they don't rent to people who break things". They left us high and dry on moving day, scrambling to find a moving truck and delaying our move four hours.

After calling the company repeatedly to find out when they were going to remove our deposit (and expecting an apology), they finally informed us that while they can't prove we "broke" their vehicle, they'll be charging us $713 for "downtime".

This company is ridiculous and I will employ every means necessary to get my money back. This is fraud. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
