Representative over the phone lied about business hours and double-booked a truck so that myself and another customer both got screwed. Unbelievable. They then tell you to call their HQ - forget it, you'll be put on hold for 2 hours. Never again.

No problems, helpful staff, good service. Truck not in the best of shape, however; I'm glad we just had a short distance to go. Truck lacked power, and its' suspension was worn-out.
