The Burnaby and Langley branches are some of the most poorly managed dealers I have ever seen in my life. Service as well as the parts departments. NEVER any parts in stock. High turnover rates (because of the poor managing im guessing) for techs in the shop means people are not trained good enough at any point in time to deal with Kenworths. From what i hear the owners are well aware of this. Just shameful I say. What a way to run a business.
