I would give this company zero stars if I could. My experience with their horse transport service has been extremely unprofessional, disorganized, and stressful.
I clearly advised from the beginning that my horse is a Percheron, yet weeks later I was told they “were never informed.” When I asked for the recorded call, I was told there isn’t one. I provided a time‑stamped photo showing my horse arrived on July 31 at 7:30 PM, but I was told she arrived August 1. The timeline simply does not match the facts.
Since July 31, I have called almost daily for updates. I was repeatedly told I would receive call‑backs that never happened. Nearly two weeks later, I still have no confirmed delivery date for my horse — or the second horse they agreed to pick up.
I run a new not‑for‑profit equine wellness program, and this delay has caused financial loss, emotional stress, and has jeopardized my ability to prepare for upcoming events. I was never told delivery could take this long, nor that they were unequipped for equine transport. I’ve had to worry about feed quality, care, and the horse’s condition with no updates.
I was even told it was my responsibility to find a chute for unloading — despite living in an area where I am the only person with equine animals. This company may be fine for cattle, but they are not equipped or professional enough for horses.
I would not recommend them to anyone transporting equine animals.
