i worked at gojit dorval for many years. they are allways looking for drivers, WHY ???? discrimination, insults,humiliation,under estimated.not very payed for a job done,( 27- 35 stops a day, deliveries and p-ups on 48 feet trailer).allways drivers responsabilities, incompetentes,very very bad dispatches communication and job organisation and who is the responsable ...... TRUCK DRIVER..... dispatches are not even able to be ubdated with the news about billing and allways who's responsability???? .... TRUCK DRIVER'S.... every 4-5 years changing 40% of drivers , they ask allways about drivers needs for '' making better' ',bullshit, but they dont like hearing the truth, then if you do, they accept you with hypocrite smile ,but you ' ll have a bad record.30% of truck tractors have more then 1500000 km and vary bad conditions and with major problems, steering wheels problems,brakes,windy inside , rain , cold (winter), hot(summer) inside. they are not happy if you claim the truck problems.is the same with the trailers roll up door. S E C U R I T Y ..... in the yard 0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0. watch your self from small cube trucks driving 50-60 km an hour,too dangerous and the superiors answers ????? NO CHOISE -THEY ARE BROKERS , HAVE RIGHT .
