The owner does not stand behind his products. He runs away and doesn;'t answer your phone calls.
He recovered my couch, about a year later when I started sitting on it, it starting balling up, little balls
all over the couch, you should see it now, I can't believe I spent $2,000 and they will not accept responsibility for this material, "Well its not my fault" that is all I get.
He makes promises he has no intention of keeping. "Oh, I will work with you, I will come out in
July and we can talk about it. I call on a regular basis and he won't even answer the phone.
Not good business practices, or a good business man.
