I saw a display for this business in the Upper Canada Mall in Newmarket, Ontario. I was considering having some furniture refinished and filled out a contact card. They phoned me at home a few days later (which was fine - I expected that they would) and I told them that I'd decided that I wasn't interested after all. They were very persistent, bordering on rude, wanting to know why I'd changed my mind.

Then, about 10 days later, they called me at work! I said that I'd already been contacted but they were again most insistent that I tell them why I'd changed my mind. The word no is apparently not in their vocabulary.

I tried calling them back later to be removed from their calling list but their answering machine keeps saying "end of tape". It may be that the tape is full of people complaining about their business practices. I strongly recommend that you don't give out your contact information to this company!
