I took my ailing Electrolux hose and power head for diagnosis and to be fixed. They quickly did the evaluation and let me know what my options were. They then fixed the problems and replaced parts that needed replacing. I had my vacuum back in operation within a couple of days. All my interactions with the staff were very pleasant and informative. I would definitely recommend. Thank you. April Gowler

I had an issue with my central vac hose, where the unit had suction until i turned on the power head. The power head worked, but the unit did not have suction. I called and talked to Stephanie and she did trouble shooting over the phone. She suggested I bring the hose and power head to the store. It took Stephanie 5 minutes to diagnose the issue which was the switch on the hose handle, and 10 minutes to replace it. I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes. The cost of the part and the labour were what i expected. Awesome service!! Thanks Stephanie for making my day!
