I went to pick up my Kenmore canister vacuum after having the motor replaced. The lady there asked for my name. After I told her, she looked at me and said, "You pronounce your last name wrong."
Do not deal with this racist woman, but if you have to, deal with Bob. Bob is friendly and offers great service.

Apart from the racist remark from the lady working there, the installation of the central vacuum I bought from Markham Vacuum was done very well, down to the demonstration of how to use it.
