It is the 2nd time I went to Vac Man. The 1st time I was there to buy a pipe to install my central vacuum 5 year ago. The owner Jim cut a piece of pipe and gave it to me without charging anything. This time was to repair the power head of my central vacuum. He pointed out the problem right away and fixed it within 10 minutes and even helped me to glue the cracked power head cover. I should say that his charge is very reasonable and He definitely is the man I will go to if there is any problem with my vacuum.
