It's been over 15 years since ralphs has been closed and a day hasent passed that I don't look over at that odd shaped building. The memories of new arcade and pinball machines has marked a moment in my life that I truly miss. Today, as I made my way to work, it was burnt to a crisp and I felt sick. Something was gone. A monument had vanished to Internet gaming and fat lazy kids not getting out in their BMX bikes. Rip Fairfield group... And ralphs automatic..

Sad to hear about Ralph's. From 1982 to '90, they were one of my favorite Canadian customers for spare parts. I sold them a slew of pinball, video game and jukebox supplies over the years while also doing business with a couple other coin machine distributors in town -- but they were my favorite. I wish I could recall the name of their parts manager during that time. He was a super person!
