Ventrex was always able to fix the machines at our hospital within 24 hours when we called them. The customer service rep Angie is always polite over the phone and the technician Rob does a real great job at maintaining the machines.

We use to take care of our own vending and it was a lot of work. Ventrex has enabled us focus on our business instead of on the vending machiens which was a huge relief.

Machines are always out of order and very poorly run

Completely empty coke machine, doesn't return coinage, a week after being called to fix this, the machine has yet to be serviced.
