Not sure if these guys are still in business, but they promised free estimate to repair...then charged my wife $50 cash and said we needed $500 in new blinds, which they would do for a great price in cash only.
I complained to them, and they hung up on me.

Our 11 year old Day&Night Blinds in our motorhome have just gone from cream colour(we thought) to a nice clean and bright white. All the hold-down screws were replaced without having to request them. Amanda and her Dad were very pleasant and worked extremely hard. The price was a pleasant surprise as well.

PS they did not ask us to do this either!
