Very disappointing place . I came in with a healthy pet and came out with a sick one . Beware they will not support you when things go wrong with your pet and not take responsibility for it. RIP Zoe ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I will never bring my pets to this clinic again. In future I hope when faced with a situation they have limited knowledge on they will direct you to someone who can help, rather than continuously treating what you don't know. My dog ended up losing one of her eyes. It was recommended to me to seek a specialist by a lady who had a similar experience with her dog. It turns out the condition my dog has is a very simple surgery. There was no reason she had to lose an eye. Had the staff at Ottewell Clinic recognized they were doing NOTHING to help my dog and directed me to a specialist a lot sooner, my dog would still have both her eyes. I am VERY disappointed in this clinic. I guess some veterinarians are as bad as mechanics. I really do feel they didn't care about my dog, they just saw an opportunity to make a lot of money off of her. Very sad

We've had a couple of emergencies with 2 very young puppies. The caring and the obvious love these people show for every animal that walks through their door is amazing.

They were also very thoughtful and sympathetic when we had to say goodbye to a couple of old friends.

I love this clinic. I would never go anywhere else!

My Lab had his CCL repaired at this clinic. The surgery was a huge success, despite the fact that my dog is a giant breed (120 lbs.). The care that they showed to both myself and my dog during this ordeal was exceptional. On any subsequent visits that I have had, the staff at Ottewell animal clinic has continued to impress me with their capability and professionalism. I would reccommend this clinic to anybody.
