I love Dr Gibson and some of the girls who work there are phenomenal- super friendly and really sweet to both me and my pets. As for the stand in vets- GARBAGE! I'd refuse to see them ever again. Missed totally obvious things with my pet and passed them off as nothing.

Only problems with this place is I feel like it's a bit of a cash grab- I love the longer hours, super easy to get in, but they probably pump through so many people a day. It always FEELS like they have my pets well being at heart but the amount of wasted medicine I've paid out for and then been swapped off of is ridiculous.
The front staff also need to coordinate better. STOP CALLING EIGHT TIMES A WEEK. I will literally make an appointment and still have people calling me two days later telling me my pet is due- thanks Sherlock.. Once they even called me while i was walking into the clinic for an already booked appointment. It's ridiculous. I won't say names for negative point but I ADORE Sarah !!!A+ for that sweetheart.

The facility here is great. They keep it sparkling, and you don't even get hit in the face with that "animal" smell that you sometimes get at other animal clinics. I've been bringing my dog here for years now, and I know shes well taken care of. She receives monthly injections and they are very creative in terms of looking for long term solutions for her health.

For over 7 years I have been taking my pets to Central Langley Pet Hospital. Attention to detail & Compassionate staff. Up to date, knowledgable Dr.'s Michelle & Kim. Highest level of care to my loved ones - I would recommend this clinic to anyone with high standards for their pets : )
