I am giving the Oliver Veterinary Hospital half of a star only because there is no option to give no stars. These are my reasons for this review:
-They are over-priced, 60$ just for a check-up, most vets are 30-50$
-I called the 'emergency' vet number and was told to wait until Monday, why have an emergency number if you do not even offer an emergency service.
-No compassion. They would not even look at my pet unless I had cash on hand. I offered a payment plan with my bank, but was refused.
-Was told to return when I had cash on hand, when I inquired about the well being of my pet, I was told 'Sorry...'

To anyone living in the Oliver area, I suggest avoiding this vet and going to the one in OK Falls, she is very compassionate, cares more about animals than profit, and is 1/2 the price.
