I have been taking all my animals to the vet for the last 15 years. I would recommend them to everyone I talked to, how they care about the animals and that is the main priority. Well that has all changed since Dr Tanney retired. Now it is run by doctor Eagalsome and they are not caring when it comes to the animals and they are all about the money. I have a 6 year old Shih Tzu that has been going there her entire life. She was not feeling well on Wednesday and by Thursday morning it was worse. I call Blue Cross in tears about my girl telling them she had not eaten or gone to the bathroom in the past 24 hours but was vomiting, that she was hardly moving and had a white puss in her eyes. I was told sorry we have no appointments today, the earliest I can book you is the next day or you can take her to an emergency vet. I was shocked at this level on concern for a patient of theirs that they claim they care so much about. I have been there plenty of times when I had to wait a half hour or more over my appointment time because they had an emergency, but I guess they felt my dog didn't deserve the same level of care. I will be going to get all of my animal’s records, as they will never be back to Blue Cross the cold-hearted animal hospital again. I took my dog to another vet that made room in their busy schedules for an emergency and thank god I did, she needed surgery that day, they also told me that if I would have waited another day there is a strong possibility that she would have died.

BLUE CROSS ANIMAL HOSPITAL DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE ANIMALS AND THEIR WELL BEING SO I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST TO ALL ANIMAL OWNERS OUT THERE TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER VET ONE THAT WELL CARE FOR YOUR LOVED ONE THE WAY YOU DO.

The vets are great and the front staff are very helpful and friendly. My cat's life was saved there! Reasonable prices too.
