I worked here as a student and i learned the most when the doctor was explaining to the client what was going on with their pets.
Whether it be a nasal blockage or a hot spot, the doctor would explain the condition and what to do about so that the client would throughly understand it.
The people are friendly, sympathetic and very knowlegeable.
