First...I really liked the treatment from Dr. Mason at this clinic. I have many complaints but just to give an example....my dog had worms...you know the one that look like pasta!...so in order to get the meds., i needed to bring in a poop sample, did that and it came back negative so they would not give me the meds until i brought in another sample....and pay another $30. bucks! Keep in mind that if a human were to get these worms they can blind you, or kill you! Who would lie about a pet having worms?!
Just give me the pills! But nope...that is not clinic policy!
Needless to say, i no longer take my pets there! He fired me as a patient!
