Dr. Sam Thompson is the best vet I have ever dealt with. I even say this with one of my close friends being a Vet as well (but lives far away). Dr. Sam is honest, caring, and is not in this business to make money- she genuinely cares about the animals. She is seriously top notch! Amazing vet- Amazing person.

Our family....us, our daughter & son.....have had Dr. Sam look after our 5 dogs & 2 cats since she first started her clinic. Our daughter moved 5 hours away but still brought her lab to Sam for surgery because she trusted her so much. We live in Fenwick & have a vet (who I understand is excellent) 1/2 mile away but we still drive to Sam. We did it today in the snow. We called this morning & were able to get an appointment for our Golden right away. Thank goodness it wasn't as serious as I thought. She is reassuring, kind, practical & patient. Our Jessie loves her & the staff. Someone else mentioned she sits on the floor with the big dogs & she does. They are right nose to nose. Cannot say enough good things about Sam's compassionate care!

Dr. Sam is the best....She took care of our Jack Russell Terrier and myself and my daughter.....We were quite a handful..Our Sully always received the best care and love and understanding. I would never take a pet of mine to anyone else.Thank you Dr. Samantha..With Love Sully, Jan and Lauren.....

Dr Sam is absolutely wonderful! I'm so grateful to have her care for my pets. Molly, Murphy and Miss Kitty all love her.

We have been going to her since she opened her clinic. Her staff are also very caring and very very helpful.
All I have to do if my dog is sick is ask what she would do with her own dogs. I trust her completely. Our last lab passed at 13 years and now our second girl is 11. She had pancreatitis twice, she almost died but because of the care she received 24 hours a day she is still with us. If I have any questions all I do is call and Crystal or Sherie will ask Sam and call me back, they are great. I had my daughter take her 2 cats to Sam and they lived until the ripe old age of 18 due to the care from all the staff. There will come a day when I know that my lab will be going in the next 2 years and she will be gently put to sleep by Sam and no one else. We love them all .

This Woman with a heart of Gold has been the vet for the animals in our household for many years and i wont let anyone else even get close to my pets except Doc Sam When i had to put my 17 year old lab down you would of thought he was her dog the way it effected her her staff anw Great they are cant say enough ....

Dr.Sam is simply the best vet there is.She is so gentle and patient with both the animal and animal lover. She has been our vet from the day she opened her office. This is a vet who calls you at home on her time when she is concerned about your animal. That's dedication , she isn't in this for the job this is her passion.

We have been going to Sam for atleast 13 years. She is an amazing vet who shows great compasion for her patients. We now have 3 Labs and has taken care of each as if they were her own. The time she takes with us when we have a concern and answers our questions over and over again. She has a great team working with her. We are blessed to have Sam in our pet's lives. Thank you

Miss Thompson has to be the finest , most caring doctor I've ever met, she has helped me tremendously both with mu cats and also some strays I've cared for. Her staff is also caring and very friendly, no wonder there's a waiting list to get in!

Dr. Sam is an excellent vet but her office staff do not do her justice with their comments and opinions and attitudes that do not coincide with discussions with the doctor ever. It has been a long time since she had good staff

I have been going to Lock One Animal Hospital For several years now. I must say the service is great. I have three dogs and 4 cats and they all go there. I live almost an hour away any wouldn't change my vet for anything. Sam loves what she does and is not in it for the money. She takes her time with the animals with a gentle approach and takes time to get to know her patients as well as their owners. I have recently took in some abandond kitties and Sam has let me bring them in on short notice to examine them. She has a heart for animals and I would recommend this vets to anyone.

Dr. Sam has been our vet for over 15 years and we have never once been disappointed with her care or service. She is kind, gentle, sensitive to our feelings as well as our pets. She manifests good judgment in what to do/not to do in any given situation. I have recommended her to many friends who tell me there is a waiting list, but if you are fortunate enough to get in with her, you will not regret it.

We can't say enough good things about Dr. Sam. Her sincere, genuine, calming nature is greatly appreciated in a time of crisis and concern. She truly cares for her patients and their human families. We are so fortunate to have her as our vet, in addition to the rest of her attentive and caring staff. Once you have her as a vet you will never look elsewhere. I have complete faith in the fact that she is thorough, honest and extremely knowledgeable. I don't know what our Pawzy and Lola would do without her, I don't know what we would do without her.

Sam has been our vet for 10 years. Her dedication and compassion are phonemonal. She speaks to our pets with kindness, holds them and they know of her warmth and kindness. She always calls you after surgery/procedure to keep you informed - and I mean SHE does, not her staff.
Our family is grateful for her and she will always be our vet.

Dr. Sam is an amazing vet- there is a waiting list to get into see her for obvious reasons. She is compassionate, kind, reasonable and real. This is the only vet in my life that I have taken a dog to , who freaks to get INTO the office and not out of it. When my dog sees Sam, she goes crazy. Dogs know.
I will never go to anyone else while Sam is in practice.

I've been taking my animals to Dr. Sam for years! She's kind, soft spoken and not affriad to get down ont he floor with my dopey Retriever! She's always honest and explains things in a way that I can understand. I won't ever go anywere else!
