I currently take my rabbit "Benny" to Masonville animal hospital. Dr Melanie Kenzie is Benny's treating doctor, whom I find to be an excellent, very compassionate, knowledgeable doctor. She is willing to work together as a parent of animal and herself as a professional. Her skills, knowledge and handling of rabbits is shown through her confidence and assessment skills. I would recommend, Melanie Kenzie as a treating doctor.

As a first time bunny owner, I really wanted to make sure I made the best decisions for my pet. Not knowing what to expect, I booked an appointment with Dr. Kenzie who answered all of my questions about having my baby neutered. She was very vested in helping and unlike other vets I have seen, actually gets on the floor with your bunny to make sure they feel safe and comforted. You can tell her genuine care and compassion when working with the animals and her enjoyment in giving them better lives. She was there post-surgery to explain everything and to check up on my bunny and even allows me to call and ask advice on her own time in order to answer questions. She really goes above and beyond any vet I have had bunny doctor or otherwise. I feel extremely fortunate to have found her help and don't trust any other with my bunny.

This past weekend I had to take my cat into Masonville Animal hospital for some suddenr rectal bleeding. With my usual veterinarian havig limited hours and being very concerned for her life, I called this hospital. They were able to see her very quickly. Moreover, when she was vomiting the next day when I gave her the medication, they were able to provide follow-up on a SUNDAY!

I was incredibly impressed by every staff member, from the vet tech to the receptionist, and (of course) Dr. Kirby.

I highly recommend this clinic. If I ever have to leave the vet I have been dealing with for 7 years now, I will take my animals to this hospital without hesitation.

I've taken all of my fur-kids here for years and have family and friends change their vet's to Masonville. Why? Because both doctors on site are so caring as if your pet is their favorite pet in there.
We have experienced happy and sad times together and during an emotional time, the doctors and staff do those little extra things to make you feel like they really care. A personalized hand written card with all the staff members signing it after a loss of a dear one.
One doctor delivered my cats medication and came in telling me how to administer it when I was sick myself.
They are there for the true love of animals rather than soaking you to make a buck.
I highly recommend Masonville Animal Hospital.
